Robert A. (Bob) Relick is the founder of Relick and Associates and co-founder and Chief Operating Officer for The Electronic Surveillance Group, LLC (Elsur Group), a security consulting firm founded in 2005. The one common element throughout these companies is they are composed of retired Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Agents and Bob is the coordinator of all technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) activities.
Bob retired from the FBI in 2005 with over 30 years of law enforcement experience. Throughout his FBI career, Bob's main focus was TSCM. Bob received his TSCM training at the Engineering Research Facility (ERF), FBI Academy (basic, advanced, and refresher training, as well as equipment-specific training) and at the Research Electronics International (REI) Center for Technical Excellence (advanced and equipment-specific). Bob conducted TSCM surveys at the FBI and other government agencies. Bob was designated a Supervisory Special Agent for the Houston Division for the FBI, the 4th largest city in the U.S., where he supervised a squad of Technically Trained Agents (TTAs) which included the coordination of additional TSCM operations. Since retirement, Bob has conducted TSCMs for corporations, businesses and individuals. Bob maintains a Top Secret security clearance held by a company engaged in contracts with the Federal Government. Bob is a licensed Private Investigator in the State of Texas (License # A-15532).
